Work is underway on the 94,200 SF addition to SnoTemp in Eugene, Oregon. The freezer addition will expand SnoTemp’s capacity in Eugene to store ice cream and frozen dessert product for their customers.
Fisher & Sons’ design/build team has been working with SnoTemp and Jason Lafferty since mid-summer designing the facility, which includes 70,000 sf of -20 degree storage. The new facility is designed to operate at maximum energy efficiency and will include 16 loading docks.
The project team includes Superintendent John Bradley, Proj. Manager Tom Cavanaugh and Proj. Engineer Nathan Pozzesi. FSI's Michelle Anderson, AIA, is the architect on the project.
